A native Texan, Cody Linn is an Attorney you can trust. Cody is a proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University School of Law. Licensed to practice law in the great State of Texas for thirteen years, Cody has devoted his entire legal career to Making It Right for his clients.
Founded in Houston, Texas in 2019, The Linn Law Firm, PLLC is a boutique personal injury firm that represents clients all over Texas in trucking and automobile accidents, workplace injuries, premise liabilities, product defects, and everything in-between.
In addition to managing a successful law practice, Cody is a former President of and an active member in Business Network International-Katy Chapter and a Membership Committee participant. He has also been recognized as a 2018-2019 Top 40 Under 40 of the National Trial Lawyers Association. Outside of the office, Cody enjoys training for marathons and spending time outdoors with his family.
Rachel Italiano Linn graduated in three years, cum laude, from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations. She then went on to earn her juris doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2009 and is licensed to practice law in Texas.
After graduation from law school, Ms. Linn became a Civil Prosecutor in the Comal County District Attorneys Office in New Braunfels, Texas. Ms. Linn was solely responsible for the Juvenile Law and CPS weekly dockets and first-chaired over one-hundred bench trials and 3 jury trials.
In Houston, Ms. Linn works diligently to achieve what is in the best interest of the children as an Attorney Ad Litem. She enjoys fostering relationships with community advocates for children, including volunteering with Kids In Need of Defense (KIND) and the Houston Association of Women Attorneys. Ms. Linn is also a proud member of the University of Houston Law Center as an Adjunct Professor in the Legal Analysis and Writing Department.
Outside of the office, Ms. Linn loves spending time with her family, being outdoors and practicing her Italian skills at the Houston ICCC
